Welcome to DBD Challenges! By using our platform and connecting your Twitch channel to our service, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
DBD Challenges is a tool for Dead by Daylight content creators (streamers). The service allows the configuration, management, and execution of interactive challenges for the audience through an automated bot in the user's Twitch channel chat.
At this early stage, the service is operated by an individual, without a registered company. Should this structure change in the future, this section will be updated.
Access via Twitch: To use the service, the user must authenticate through their Twitch account.
Minimum Age: DBD Challenges does not control or verify the age of users or viewers; access is subject to the limits and Terms of Service of Twitch itself.
Account Security: The user is solely responsible for the security of their Twitch credentials and for all activity performed on their channel through our bot.
For the service to function correctly, our bot will request access strictly limited to the channel:bot scope.
No Chat Storage: Although the bot reads chat messages in real time to identify when a challenge command is sent, no chat message is recorded or stored on our servers.
Challenge Data: The system exclusively records the description of the requested challenge and the username (nickname) of the viewer who made the request, solely for the purpose of displaying the queue and running the challenge during the broadcast.
Trial Period: We offer 10 free hours of use so the streamer can try out the tool.
Paid Plans: After the 10 free hours end, continued use of the service depends on subscribing to one of the available paid plans. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe/Paddle; we do not have access to your full credit card details.
Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, you have up to 7 (seven) calendar days after subscribing to a paid plan to request cancellation with a full refund, provided the service has not been significantly used during that period.
Cancellation: Outside the withdrawal period, the user may cancel the subscription at any time through the dashboard. Cancellation stops automatic renewal but does not generate a prorated refund — access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
DBD Challenges is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the bot, overlay, or dashboard, and we are not responsible for Twitch outages, network instability, or technical failures affecting your broadcast. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for damages arising from the use of the service is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 3 (three) months.
The user agrees not to use the bot to send spam, unlawful content, hate speech, or messages that violate Twitch's Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for channels that violate these rules.
We may suspend or terminate the service, in whole or in part, with 30 days' prior notice by email or dashboard announcement, except in cases of violation of these Terms or risk to platform security, in which case suspension may be immediate. Active subscriptions at the time of permanent shutdown will be refunded proportionally for the unused period.
No Affiliation with Behaviour Interactive: DBD Challenges is an independent, fan-made tool for the community, with no affiliation, sponsorship, or official connection to Behaviour Interactive Inc. or the Dead by Daylight brand.
No Official Affiliation with Twitch: We use Twitch's public API, but we have no official affiliation with Twitch Interactive, Inc.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled in the courts of São Paulo (the domicile of whoever operates DBD Challenges), with waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
